Generally our eamcet rank is based on your total score of i.p.e+ eamcet score.so until and unless we know your i.p.e marks its tough to decide the rank based on previous year data.however i believe with 60 marks in eamcet and a decent score in i.p.e marks above 510 for 600 you will have  fair chances to fetch in top 10 colleges easily.but this year due to covid crises it is said that ipe marks are not included in calculation of ts eamcet 2021.Based on expected marks vs rank, 6 marks can fetch you rank below 20k.note that this is the first time to calculate rank without ipemarks so we do not have any previous year trends to give you exact analysis of what to expect.The original rank may VARY.

These are the basic details are required for me to answer your question.The only thing I got to know is, you are interested in Aeronautical Engineering and got a seat in MLR. If you ask me which one is most preferable for Aeronautical then I would say IARE. So, If your rank is below 20,000 (In open category) you can have chances.

According to you, you got 61 marks in TS EAMCET 2021 then your rank would be around 15000 - 25000 . There is minimum chance to get admission in veterinary college.

The EWS was provided by the state government for general category students hence it was only applicable for the state only hence ap EWS will not be considered for ts eamcet and ts EWS certificate will not be considered in ap . Please submit all required documents and apply for the EWS again in required state
