Hi dear,
It is difficult to predict because cut-offs varies from year to year and depends on many factors like
--->>Number of seats available
--->>Number of students appeared in the exam
--->>Caste Category
--->>Difficulty level of the exam, etc
You have not mentioned your Caste Category, so I'm considering it as General Category and providing information based on it.
With your TS EAMCET rank it is difficult to get B Pharmacy or D Pharmacy seat in good Colleges, based on previous year's cut-offs. So, you can try for Management seat in good Colleges.

Dear student,
If you are eligible for partial fees reimbursement then you can get it by applying for Scholarship. As your TS EAMCET rank is above 1,00,000 so you will not be eligible for full fees reimbursement. But for partial fees reimbursement, your parents must not be Government employees, your annual income must be less than 2 Lakhs per annum to be eligible for the scholarship.
hey
It's fine if you weren't able to submit the income certificate at certificate verification during counseling. They would have specified that the income certificate is missing so you have to submit it to the college at the time of admission.
Hope it helps!
