Well, in order to get qualified for a free seat in Bsc Agriculture, a candidate must score 25% marks to pass the TS EAMCET exam. Total 40 marks out of 160 is needed to qualify TS EAMCET. As for agriculture seat is concerned, the Cutoff marks for agriculture is generally around 110 although the parameter changes every year.

So, you have to fetch more  than 110 to increase your chances for getting admission to your desired stream. This is equivalent of scoring at least 4k-6k in TS EAMCET exam. So, according to your above mentioned rank, you have chances of getting Free seat in Bsc Agriculture.
