In order to get free seat in TS EAMCET, your rank must be below 10000 otherwise you cannot get a free seat.

Other criteria that you must satisfy to get free seat in TS EAMCET:

• Your father should not have a govt job
• Fathers annual income should not be more than 2 lakhs
• Should have state domicile

You need to satisfy these criteria also in order to get a free seat in TS EAMCET.

According to last year cutoffs you can get seat in CBIT CSE with a rank of 2606 belonging to BC_B category. But, you must wait until the last round of counselling. Because the last rank in last round of CSE IN CBIT is 2945. So, you may not get it in the first round. But, if you wait until last round you will definitely get seat in it.

First of all congratulations for your great ranks in JEE and TS EAEMCET. You can get into wonderful college with decent branches.

Getting into the context you could easily get CBIT CSE or VNR CSE or JNTUH CSE or OU CSE by your rank in TS EAMCET.

But, these are tier 3 colleges and have comparatively lower standards on comparing  with NITs and IITs.

With your rank in JEE mains you could get the following

1. EEE in NIT Warangal
2. CSE in NIT Raipur
3. ECE in MNIT Bhopal
4. EEE in VNIT Nagpur
5. Chemical Engineering in NIT Trichy

These are the best choices you have. As a student I suggest you to go for EEE in NITW. The placements, infrastructure, academics and everything in this college is superb. Taking EEE in NITW is worth it.

Generally, all candidates who receive a rank of fewer than 10,000 are given a free seat by the TS government. Therefore, your commutative weightage should be between 62 and 65 in order to achieve that level. Your EAMCET score should be 80 or higher, and your IPE score should be closer to 9.8 in order to keep that weightage. Depending on how difficult the exam is, these numbers might change a little.
