The minimum and basic requirements for candidates are that they pass or have taken the equivalent examination for class 12 from the Board of Intermediate Education of Telangana or Andhra Pradesh. Candidates must be 16 years old as of December 31 of the admissions year in order to be admitted to the B.Tech programme in all branches other than B.Tech Dairy Technology, Agriculture Engineering, or Food Technology. 4. Excellent positioning (This one does not merit a second opinion.)

Cons -

1. Average professors and school-sponsored research projects.

2. The CSE batch's large student body increases competition.

So if you managed to get into NIT T then you should definitely go for it. It’ll be close to your home, plus the heat will not bother you much. But if you get into DTU I must say you’ll get into a lot of exposures of cultural and industrial experiences. You’ll get into a complete different life style being from south to north which will also develop your social profile. So I would recommend you to choose according to your interest as both of them are really good institutions than any IIITs.

You haven't specified the category to which you belong, so I'm assuming it to be General Category and basing my information on that. The combined income of your parents is important and should be within the permitted range. If your TS EAMCET rank is over 10,000 and you are a General Category Candidate, you may be eligible for a partial price reimbursement. If you are a SC, ST, or Minority Candidate, you may be eligible for a complete cost reimbursement if you are selected and meet the eligibility requirements. You must either be a member of the SC/ST/Minority or have a rank of less than 10,000 to be eligible for full fee reimbursement.
