After the registration you must have got the details through email and SMS in the mail and phone number you have used while registration. You will find your registration number in those. If you are not able to find that mail or the SMS then i suggest you to talk to the officials only they can help you with what to do next. You will find the contact details in the official website. JNTUH has released the TS EAMCET 2022 hall ticket on June 25. Candidates can download the TS EAMCET admit card 2022 from eamcet.tsche.ac.in using the registration number, qualifying examination hall ticket number and date of birth. TS EAMCET exam date 2022  is July 14, 15, 18, 19 and 20.

As you mentioned you got 93588 rank in TS EAMCET, it is the very huge rank. With this rank you cannot get admission in Osmania University.

You can try for other engineering colleges in Telangana. There are many private Engineering colleges affiliated to JNTU. You can get seat in any other private engineering colleges.

With the above mentioned rank in TS EAMCET in SC category, and based on the previous year TS EAMCET cutoff for JNTU Hyderabad, you have very little chances of getting CSE branch in this college. This is because the Minimum required rank for CSE branch in JNTU hyderabad for SC category (male) is around 4800-5800 for previous years and your rank is much higher than that.

Further, you can get some other branches than CSE in JNTU Hyderabad, like Chemical, civil, mechanical, etc with the above mentioned rank in TS EAMCET.
