I am also shocked due to change in trend of Percentile vs marks. But it's due to the reason that most of the students have high marks than usual in that particular session. Since % of students who scored equal to or less than your marks have been decreased in that particular session (than previous trends).
All predictors will come with disclaimers that their prediction is subjected to changes. Trends are again changing this year i guess. We can't bet on predictors 100% but they are useful to plan for a career ahead.

See there is no limit for MHTCET anybody satisfying the eligibility criteria can appear for it unlimited number of times. Eligibility criteria which should be satisfied is :
The candidate should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board/university with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with at least 50% marks (45% for reserved category). Candidates appearing in the qualifying examination are also eligible to apply.
See the MHT CET 2021 application was expected to be out in the first week of January 2021 but it is not released yet and is expected to be released by the end of this month. It will be released on the official website as given below by The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell :-

NEET is being conducted every year for one time only whereas this year NEET exam has been scheduled on August 1 2021 which has been announced by the National Testing Agency. It will be conducted in Pen and Paper mode. However applications for NEET 2021 has not been started yet.

NEET, the biggest medical entrance exam for admission to MBBS, BDS, AYUSH (BAMS, BHMS, BSMS) courses in India will now be conducted twice. The Health Ministry has given a green signal for the same. National Testing Agency NTA has been permitted to conduct NEET 2021 two times. One of the biggest benefits of conducting NEET twice in 2021 is that it will provide the students with a chance to improve mistakes in the second attempt. You cand download your admit card through official website by filling your login credentials anytime and any number of times, but it's better if your just printout 2-3 copy of your JEE mains admit card so that your admit card is readily available to you and you can focus on your examinations.

Hope you are doing great there . Yes jee mains 2022 will also be held in four sessions , that is february , march , april , may . And the best of all four percentile will be displayed on the score card

The option of form fill up of cmat in online mode will be continued till 25th February 2021. CMAT exam will be held in the last week of March 2021. Hall ticket /admit card may be available putting the all credential in the official website like-cmat nta.nic.in.
Getting the hall ticket or admit card candidates should check all the details printed in the admit card whether it is proper or not.
