Yes, you can participate in the TNEA counselling as there is no age limit. However, marine engineering applicants must not be older than 25 years. The Director of Technical Education (DoTE) is going to release the TNEA 2022 application form on June 20 at tneaonline.org. The last date to apply is July 19th. The selection of candidates for TNEA 2022 counselling will be done on the basis of marks secured in class 12. The TNEA counselling will be held for admissions into various UG engineering courses. Students who have applied for TNEA by uploading appropriate documents should appear for the counselling in some government allotted colleges in person.  Students will receive a rank list and according to the rank list, students are admitted into the colleges.  The rank of the particular student will also be shared through the mobile number that they have mentioned while applying for the counselling.

Yes, as per the information candidates who have scored 60% in 12th class with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology (PCM or PCB) from a recognized board can get admission in Food Technology colleges in TamilNadu.

Yes, you can apply for TNEA Admission. Your transfer certificate which you have submitted in the institute that you have discontinued the course will not be returned to you. During the document verification you have to provide the transfer certificate that you have obtained from the institute that you have discontinued the course. It serves as the proof that you have studied in an institute before seeking admission to Engineering.
