The authorities will release the list of all the eligible candidates on the official website. Only those candidates who are listed are eligible to appear in the TNEA 2022 counselling process.Next, all the eligible candidates will be required to pay the TNEA counselling fee in an online mode. Only those candidates who will pay the fee before the last date will be able to participate in the counselling of TNEA 2022.

It means you don't have any quota.  As per my knowledge there isn't any college that comes under TNEA offers BTech in AI and DS. You can opt for other branches. You won't get reservation for any quota without any proper certification.

If you are son of ex army there is a reservation quota for you called CAP. You need to apply for it in your REGIONAL SAINIK WELFARE OFFICE which is nearest to your house. You and your father must go along with your father's army certificates. You will be given an certificate called CAP certificate which provides you 2 percent reservation in TNEA counselling.
