Tool Engineering is a part of the broader Industrial/Production/Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering Course. However, today with Industry 4.O, the scope of Tool Methods and Engineering is low, and is mostly taken care by Robotics and Automation. Besides B.Tech Course in Mech/Prodn, you even have Diploma and Training Courses in Workshop Technology and Tool Engineering.

Hey Ravi
Earlier DITE took admissions on the basis of GGSIPU Central Entrance Test but now the admissions into Technical programs are done on the basis of JEE Mains (Paper-1) score. So, right now the admissions are not yet started for DITE. For that you need to wait until the second attempt of JEE Mains is conducted and colleges start their admission process.
And for Diploma course, it is done on the basis of CET examination conducted by GGSIPU, to which the application form ares till open.
Hello!
Delhi tool engineering college takes admission on the basis of 12 class. The cutoff is 55% but it keeps on changing every year. It's a good college and if you have scored above 60% in +2 then you will get admission in that college. Age limit is also there in this college. Students above the age of 21 cannot take admission in this college. You should have passed all the subjects in class 12 boards including english. They dont take admission on the basis of jee mains percentile.
Good luck!
