Hi,
There are large number of medical colleges out there in US but getting into a medical school is very difficult and if you plan to do mbbs here and then go for residency program after clearing usmle then also the process is quite difficult and very competitive. You need to be a student with an undergraduate degree with pre medicine track in USA to get into medical school in USA or you need to have mbbs to apply for usmle and then residency program.

Hello Aspirant,
Since you have not mentioned your home state so considering it as Karnataka according to your profile and category as general.
See it is little bit difficult to suggest that whether you will get seat in top medical colleges or not because different colleges have different cut-offs for State quota and All India Quota. Also, cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon numerous factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
And as you have not mentioned your marks scored in NEET so it is little bit difficult to guide you with an accurate list of medical colleges which you can get.
However you can check the previous years cut-offs of Karnataka to have an idea of what college you can get, through the link given below :-
