See u should be going for the private college under govt seats under ur OBC category and that too under ur state quota to pursue ur higher studies in the field of ur interest under the MBBS courses as ur score is just too low for Tamil Nadu. I m providing u a link for ur help.

with the rank 3500, under AQI general quota you can get admission in Stanley medical college (closing rank 3520).

Also if you have domicile of Delhi you can also get admission in university college of medical science and lady Hardinge medical college.
