After that you also need to submit the form along with other documents photocopy with the college. You need to physically submit it and cannot submit it online. Once you submit the details regarding name, contacts, educational qualification etc, and select the college and course for which you are applying, an application number will be generated in the print out. Please check for this in the print-out. This will be found at the right side top corner of the application.
