But when we go through previous data then it suggests that with 437 marks being from sc  you hold  a  chance to get a seat in a Government Medical College

For example,
in neet  2019, 355 marks for sc category got a seat in  Government Medical College under Tripura State quota and it was for Agartala Government Medical College, Agartala

Congrats! For getting 374 marks under SC category in NEET 2020. But this marks  is not more sufficient for get  MBBS admission in Top government Medical Colleges.

But, if telangana is your home state then there you can take advantage of Home- state quota and also category wise reservation and female reservation. Thus, there is chance to get admission in good  government Medical college  Like:
