Hello,
JEE Advanced total marks are not the same every year it changes every year so it is difficult to predict the marks with which you may get seat in IIST, Trivandrum. In 2019 the last cut off percentage of marks were as follows for OBC category
Considering this you need to score minimum 30%-35% marks of the total marks in JEE Advanced to have decent chances of getting seat. Cut off changes every year depending on number of candidates appeared, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc.
You can use our JEE Advanced college predictor to know the chances of getting seat in a college

IISER 2020 cutoff will be based on various parameters like numbers of appearing candidates, total number of seats, the difficulty level of exam and the last year admission record. IISER cutoff is based on the state board, CBSE board, ICSE board. You haven't mentioned your Board but considering your board as CBSE then you need to have 88.3 % to get admission in, and state board have their own cutoff %.
