No, the EAMCET 2020 cut off has not released yet.
TS EAMCET 2020 Cutoff will be released after the conclusion of counselling schedule. The cutoff will be available after each round of counselling and will differ based on the institution, course, streams (Engineering and Agriculture) and round of counselling. TS EAMCET Cut off is the closing rank for admission to various UG engineering and agriculture programs in the state of Telangana. This year, the cut off will be determined by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Hyderabad. Minimum 25% marks will be required to score in TS EAMCET 2020 in order to make it to the merit list.

Yes, don't worry. You will be passed in IPE, After releasing the IPE results, your Eamcet rank will be issued in phase 2 results. All such candidates who have failed in 2nd year, but government has promoted Eamcet rank will be issued to them in phase 2 results. After releasing of phase 2 results subsequently counselling process will be started, you can choose your desired college's based on your rank and caste category.
