Yes you can go for the next round no issues in that. Many students go for the next round if they are not happy with the colleges they get allotted with, you can keep trying untill you get a good expected college as per your choice but you will have to cancel the first round seat that was allotted to you!

after completing 1stphase seat allotment then what doing for 2nd phase ts eamcet 2020

After the first phase allotment and if you are not interested in the college provided in first phase you can apply for second phase.but before that you need to acept the joining report and pay fee so that if you dont get a seat in second phase you can continue with the college provided in first phase.now if you are satisfied with the college and branch provided for you in the first phase you need not apply for second phase if not you can.but make sure you apply very careffully in second phase because if in second phase also if you dont get your desired college you will not have choice to go back to first phase counselling college you should and must continue with whatever college provided in second phase.now today the second phasee counselling has started.fr furthur info about daates please check the following link: https://dqxeclau.top/question-ts-eamcet-second-phase-important-dates

Hello Keerthana! Congratulations on your rank but I am sorry that you won't be getting a FREE SEAT in the course you have mentioned. Since your ranking is not so down, you stand a chance to get a Pharm.D seat in colleges in Hyderabad but with fee payment. The fees would vary from college to college.

when will counilling start fr bpc stream for ts eamcet 2020 agri date

The present counselling is only for mpc not for bipc.
For bipc the counselling may start in November. For now the official notification as not been released.
After the counselling for mpc is completed then bipc counselling dates will be released.
The counselling dates for mpc stream has been released but for bipc stream it is yet to be released . Please keep checking the official ap eamcet website.After counselling for agriculture stream starts they will provide the entire process for counselling in the official notification.

You didn't mention whether you have farmers quota or not and whether if you are a local region student. As per the previous year cutoff,
For non local region,Bc-E category the cutoff's was below 4800 for agriculture bsc and Bvsc.
For local region non farmers quota ,the cutoff for all the branches was below 5000 rank.
For local region farmers quota,
Bsc Horticulture - 7731
Bsc agriculture -6661
Bvsc -3365.
