TS EAMCET 2021 Allotment order can be downloaded only for a limited period of time. TS EAMCET 2021 Candidate portal is closed now. You cannot login in the candidate portal now in order to download TS EAMCET Seat Allotment order. Check if you have soft copy of hard copy of the allotment order for future reference. If you have found the copy of the allotment order kindly take 5-6 photocopies of it and secure them as they might be use in the future.

If in the allotment order the fee is exempted that means the fee might have been reiumbersed for you.i.e if you belong any category and submit the income certicate with minimum annual income which the limit of annual income is different for different categories for fee reiumberement,for example if an obc students fathers or mothers annual income if less than 200,000 per annum then he gets fee reiumbersement of 35000 directly from the govt which goes to the college.i.e if the college fee is 90,000 then if your income certificate is valid then you will be paying only 55000 the rest will be paid by govt.the limit for annual income for fee reiumbersment is different fo different categories. you might have submitted the income certicate properly.this might be the reason there was deduction of fee for you.

While your verification , did you verify as PHO category or Gen , if Gen and still you get PHO , then it's an error and while you join into alloted college , the issue will be taken care by the college, provided you give them all the certificates for verification again .
