In term of admission,

as you have mentioned you took 3 years of gap, it could be somewhat difficult for you to take admission in the top institutes of the country but you will get admission in a good college or institute if you score well in UGAT exam. Selection criteria is different for every college, but still you can try to take admission in some best colleges.

In terms of placements,

however, it could be very problematic when it comes to placement, as it shows your inconsistency, some companies don't prefer candidate who take gap of more than one year. In your case 3 years gap could be your weak point but, you will get the job if you convince the recruiters by explaining and giving  a valid reason.

Also, GATE2021 will be conducted from 5-7 February,2021 and 12-14 February, 2021. Each day there are two sessions (forenoon session and afternoon session). The time of forenoon session is 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM and the exam time of afternoon session is 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. You can also check the exams dates from the link given below

UGAT BBA 2019 will be conducted by AIMA on May 11, 2019 for which candidates have to report at their test centres by 8:30 AM

If the exam The GGSIPU CET BBA 2019 exam is conducted afternoon ,(it will be mentioned in the admit card )

then you can attend both the exam provided you can manage to write both the exam on the same day with confidence and wihtout stress

Advice would be to give one exam and score good in that exam 

its upto you

There are a number of good books you can use while you are preparing for your Aima ugat exam and are planning to excel in it . There are a number of books by Arihant publications which can be used by students for all BBA/bms/bmm examinations throughout india .they have really good study material in it and are extremely helpful to students.
