Candidates have to fill and submit the CUET application form 2022 before the submission deadline, May 6. The admissions are based on CUET scores. If you wish to continue your Graduation then you must have fill up the fees. Or you can write a letter to your university seeking some sort of aid or asking them to allow you to appear for the exams by telling them the reason of you not being able to pay the fees. They might accept it and you can get the chance to continue with your studies.
For the semester you missed, you can appear for it in the upcoming odd semester.

If they haven't asked for your migration certificate during physical verification, it is not sure that they won't ask it for either.
You should keep your educational certificates anytime with you even after getting admitted. It may be asked later maybe for some other reasons. So keep in mind until you get your degree and job each and every certificate is very necessary for you.

According to the eligibility criteria, any B.Sc. Degree with Honours and without Honours, both are equally eligible for the exam. So, as you mentioned that you have BSc in mathematical science, yes you can apply for IIT JAM. This exam is conducted to get admission in IITs and IISc for MSc programs.
