For admission in Central University is done on CUCET qualifying marks. You have got 35 in botany. Perhaps you are applying for undergraduate courses.

For undergraduate courses there is qualifying marks for botany subject  is from 33 to 30.

But for MSc botany courses qualifying marks for Central University through CUCET is 73.5 to to 70 percentile.

All the universities mentioned above are good for pursuing a master degree in Chemistry. The admission to central universities are conducted through Common entrance test conducted every year. The admissions to CU is conducted via entrance exam conducted by the college. However I suggest to go for central universities since it is has more legacy. CU is one of the fastest growing institutions and it is great but if you have a chance to go to central universities then go for it.
