510 is average score in NEET. But it is not sufficient for getting good government college. The cut offs are always high. Even state cut offs are also high. For general category the cut offs are very high.
For UP quota, the minimum marks for general category students is 550+ and for SC and ST it is around 450-500 +.

In neet 2021 Uttar Pradesh state quota counseling cut off marks in govt medical for studying mbbs for EWS category students was AIR 19340 ( marks approx 600-605) in second round counseling.
As according to initial analysis paper was almost moderate level of difficulties and same as last year, so there are very less chances that there will be more decrease or increase in cut off marks.
Although you can try your best upto mop round of counseling for MBBS or BDS govt seat.
You have great chances of getting good government BAMS college in all india Ayush counseling, you can go for top colleges like bhu Varanasi, NIA Jaipur etc.
