If you have UP domicile then you will be eligible for uttar pradesh state quota seat.
If you wang to get a seat in other state then you may get it through AIQ which has high cut off.
Generally state quota sears are issued to those candidates who belong to that particular state.
You can claim for UP state quota whoke applying for neet abd medical seat.
Directorate of medical education and training releases neet cut off UP for 85% state quota seats after every round of counseling.Rest of 15 % All India quota seats are issued by MIC ( medical council of India)
