It depends on difficulty level of paper but it is diificult find a good college with a decent branch with 228 marks in upsee.
In general category you can get a good private engineering college but if you belong to reserved category then you can get some good goverment colleges with a decent branch like UPTTI kanpur.It also takes admission via UPSEE.

1> take print certificate no.7 from upsee website (information Brochure UPSEE 2018 english version).
2> go to your school and sign and seal of your principal
3> sign and seal of Jila vidyalay Nirikshak
4> sign and seal of district magistrate
