Bundelkhand university is not good for mba infact there are only two good govt college for mba are IET lucknow and ICCMRT Lucknow but the IET is a engineering college so they ,even don't have permanent faculty for mba ,ICCMRT is a college for Mba only 

And for your kind information in MBA through UPSEE there is no fee waiver seat

With this rank ..you are able to get almost every colleges through UPSEE ....government  (except iet Lucknow )and private colleges....

In career 360 there is a tool called UPSEE Rank Predictor which will predict and display the probable rank you might get in the exam. There are certain pre-requisite for this tool to perform effectively. 

they are:-

(1) We need your UPSEE result, which by the way you have provided.

(2) We need your 12th standard percentage. Well, you haven't mentioned that so, I can't predict your rank as of now.

Apke score decent hain. Rank ispe depend karega ki kitne students appear huye the aur difficulty oevel kaisa tha exam ka. So ap rank predict ni kar sakte. You can try for following colleges
