You have a decent score in UPSEE MBA. yes you can target some good colleges in NCR like Amity Business School, Noida, Galgotias University and many more for your management study. But if you want to target even better colleges than these then I would suggest you to apply for more better management entrance exams like CAT/XAT/CMAT/MAT/ATMA/IBSAT to target more good colleges.

The Central Admission Board conducted the Uttar Pradesh Engineering Entrance Exam (UPSEE) on April 21, 2019. The answer keys have been released. The candidates have to apply via the online mode by filling the application form. The candidates could also register as EWS candidates and the candidates who had already registered before March 15th were also allowed to change their category to EWS. 

As for your question, the marks that you have scored are very less for admission to any government college or any top ranked private college. You can only get some less reputed private college in Gorakhpur.

There are different ranks according to the courses or specialization you opt for mba through upsee exam. basic cut off for general category in jss academy noida college are as follows-

a) MBA Finance 42 (OR) , 271 (CR)

b) MBA Human Resource Management 42 (OR), 271 (CR)

c) MBA Marketing 42 (OR), 271 (CR)
