You can get fees concession in private college through UPTU counselling if the basic criteria is satisfied.

The basic requirement is that your parent annual income should be less than Rs. 4 lacs. If this point is fulfilled then you can apply for the scholarship and can avail the benefit of it.

Yes, you can apply for UPTU Counselling  even though you have completed the supplementary exams. UPTU accepts students who have completed the supplementary exams recently so that you will be eligible for UPTU Counselling. Furthermore, you should have at least secured 40-50% in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and get all your documents and certificates in original form as it will be scrutinized during counselling. You've to submit the original marksheet and improvement sheets also.
