Hello Aspirant,
Yes you will have to register for UPSEE 2021 counselling because the seats in UPTU colleges will not be allotted through JOSAA counselling. The seats in UPTU colleges will be allotted through UPSEE Counselling using your JEE-Main 2021 score.
Till now the dates are not out for UPSEE 2021 Counselling but it will get announced soon.
Registration for UPSEE counseling is very simple process as defined below :-
==>> Registration, Uploading of Documents and Fee Payment
==>> Verification of Documents
==>> Choice Filling and Locking
==>> Seat Allotment
==>> Confirmation of Seat and Online Willingness
==>> Reporting to Allotted College
For detailed application/registration process kindly check out the link given below :-

I hope this information helps you.
Good Luck!!
See it is quite difficult to tell you an exact figure of your rank because it keeps on changing every year depending upon various factors but yes we can help you with approximate figures on the basis of analysis of previous year's data.
So If we go through the analysis of marks Vs Percentile Vs rank for JEE-Main 2020 then according to the percentile mentioned by you in the question your rank is expected to be in the range of 278051 - 312570 .
You can check out marks Vs ranks Vs Percentile from the link given below :-
https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-marks-vs-percentile
Or
You can also use JEE-Main Rank Predictor to predict your rank and percentile :-
Note that the rank which is predicted is only the expected rank on the basis of previous year's data so your actual rank might vary depending upon current factors.
As this is the first time that UPTU colleges are going to accept admissions on the basis of JEE-Main score so we don't have any past record of it therefore it would be little bit difficult to predict the colleges. But however if we analyze total seats and expected number of candidates to appear for UPSEE counselling then you might have shot in some private colleges under UPTU.
To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your marks, category, and state you can use JEE-Main College Predictor:-
If you are preparing for JEE-Main 2021 (remaining attempt) or 2022 then I would recommend you to check the resources made by our experts to help aspirants like you in the best and smart preparation of JEE-Main 2021 or 2022 :-

Hi there,
Unfortunately with your jee mains percentile you can't get cse or it branch at your preferred college. If you want admission in this college with cse or it branch then try to score a percentile of 95+ to ensure a seat.
Although there are other colleges where you might get a seat but the branches may differ from cse or it.
To know about those colleges you can use our college predictor tool

Unfortunately we cannot guide you with accurate prediction of your admission chances in any college of UPSEE because this is very first time when UPSEE/UPTU colleges are going to take admissions for their B.Tech course on the basis of JEE-Main scores so due to absence of any past record or previous year data we cannot analyze your admission chances but on such rank, seeing the rise in competition for government engineering colleges if you belongs to OBC category then also on such OBC rank it would be bit difficult to get any of the good government engineering college. But yes you can also go for some private colleges.
However, to have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your score, category and state you can use JEE-Main College Predictor:-
Hi aspirant, since you have 100000 rank in your JEE mains exam so based on that let me tell you that if a student qualified JEE mains exam most of the private colleges used to provide concession to the students in their college fees.
Same way the AKTU affiliated colleges also provide fee concession and also provide fee waiver seats in their college and institutes.
Thank You.
At 65 percentile your approximate rank would be above 350000 which by no means is a good rank to secure a good government college and for that matter for a decent private college as well because all government colleges of uptu have max to max cutoff of 1.5lakh so on the basis of your class 12 result you may apply to top private colleges like thapar but if you want a government college only then you might have to reattempt jee .
Dear Student,
from this year if you want to take admission in AKTU college of UP then t first you need to appear in the JEE main entrance exam then you can take admission in any AKTU college.
Definitely you will get benefit if you have the domicile of UP, yet university has to reveal the process.
Good Luck :)
