Fee remission is provided only on the basis of your family income.
If your family income is below 1 lakh then full tuition fees is remitted and if your family income is between 1L-5L then 2/3 rd of the tuition fees will be remitted. In addition to that there are various scholarships available for obc , sc-st.

Domicile certificate is a supporting document which is issued by the state Government and serves as a proof that you are the resident of that particular state. Whereas Aadhaar Card serves as photo identity proof. You address in Aadhaar card and domicile certificate can be different. As long as the Domicile certificate is valid you will not face issue at the time of document verification.
