As per your percentile, your CRL-AIR may end up somewhere around 153450 - 172500 while your EWS category rank may lie somewhere around 11477 - 12649 ( may vary from actual).

According to your performance and previous years' cutoff trends as well as assuming your home state to be UP, it is less likely for you to grab a seat at government engineering colleges in Uttar Pradesh. Your performance is not up to the mark this time to secure a seat at government colleges, even though you have good chances in other private colleges such as:

For qualifying in NEET , students must have to score minimum of 50 percentile for UR and 40 percentile for SC /ST/OBC category . And to get admission in the Good Private Medical college you must score at least 350 marks in NEET UG.

To get admission through 15 percent All India Quota, you should aim to secure 600+ marks in the NEET exam and for state quota seats aim 550+ marks to get admission in government colleges.

This is a bit difficult to predict the marks/percentile/rank required in JEE mains to get a seat in nit as cut off  keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like  number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the jee main examination , number of seats available for the branch you want etc.

When we go through previous year trend then ,

In round 6 of josaa counselling 2020 , for obc category  closing rank for gender neutral for home state in nit allahabad was 11478 OBC rank and it was for biotechnology
