As you have secured 75 percentile in JEE mains and you are wanting to take up any decent college of ggsipu so u would like to tell you in this percentile you can't get a good college .

So, I would recommend you considering you don't have any financial problem then you should go for vit vellore cse in category 3 but on the other hand if you manage to get cse in top 5 colleges in comedk ,you should definitely go for that as that would be financially easier.

see  Rajkiya engineering college is  affiliated   under Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University. upto 2020 admission to the colleges affiliated under AKTU was done based on UPSEE course. this year it is decided by competent authority that  admission to B.Tech., B. Arch and M. Tech (Integrated) courses in the Colleges affiliated to AKTU or other specified Universities in Uttar Pradesh would be based on the JEE (Main)-2021 Score obtained by the candidates in the JEE (Main)- 2021 exam conducts by NTA. so it is not possible to  predict the expected cutoff of jee main for rajkiya engineering college. since this is the first time counselling will held based on jee main score.
