i completed my 12 th from maharastra board can i submit caste certigicate of Uttar pradesh state to get reservation in jee mains

Shrishty sahu 16th Dec, 2020
Dear student,
You need to issue the caste certificate from your domicile state from the competent authorities. So if you have filled Maharashtra as your domicile state then you need to issue the caste certificate of Maharashtra and not of uttar pradesh. The list of the authorities from which you can issue the certificate is mentioned at the official website.

I HAVE GOT 280 MARKS IN NEET 2020 IN EWS CATEGORY FROM UTTAR PRADESH. IS THERE ANY POSSIBILITY EITHER TO GET GOVT. COLLEGE IN ANY COURSE OR BY THE HELP OF POLITICAL OR ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT AT DGME LEVEL? PLEASE ANSWER ME.

priyaankasarkar Student Expert 16th Dec, 2020

In 2019, under State Quota, 575 marks was the cut off for a seat in GMC. Now this is for General Category. EWS also had pretty much the same cut off. And now this year it has been little tough with the top NEET score being 720 out of 720. And Counselling is a transparent process which is based on your NEET score, Category and your preferences. No administrative or political pressure works. And this mounts for legal action too and you might be suspended for the rest of your Academic life. This might not be an answer that you are looking for. Instead of knocking doors for help to get a seat in MBBS, may be you can use that time to reappear for NEET. Because these attempts wont get you anywhere. If you want to reappear for NEET 2021, you can prepare with the help of our NEET Knockout package: https://learn.careers360.com/knockout-neet-may/

which medical college be choose if i get 500 Marks in neet for general category ( Uttar Pradesh )

Abhishek Roy 23rd Jan, 2021

Being from General Category, I believe with a Score of 500/720 in NEET, you have bleak chances in securing a seat in MBBS at any of the State or Government Medical Colleges. However, you must keep hope and apply for the Counselling Procedure.

To know more about NEET Cutoff of Medical Colleges in UP do follow the link below

https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-up/amp

I would suggest you to take a Drop, if possible, since there are high chances after a 500 in first try in end up with 600+ in the next attempt followed by Admission in some of the Top State or Government MBBS Colleges in Uttar Pradesh.

You may also consider Top Private Medical Institutes, if you have sufficient financial and monetary security. Private Medical Colleges of Maharashtra like DY Patil, Kalinga Institute of Medical Sciences, SUM in Odisha as well as those in Karnataka like KMC Manipal and other under COMEDK Medical Counselling like KIMS, Ramaiah and Bangalore Institute of Medical Sciences are all good medical colleges and provide effective medical education.
