Uttarakhand
Greetings Aspirant,
I hope you are doing well. I see that you have scored 309 marks in your neet examination. With the marks scored it is not possible for you to get a government seat for MBBS, anyways you could get a seat in private colleges.
As you are from Uttarakhand these are few of the colleges you could apply for BAMS with their respective fee structures (Note: The fee structure changes year to year so there could be slight changes in the same).
1. HIMS Dehradun- Himalayan Institute of Medical Science, Dehradun, Uttarakhand. The total fees here is approximately Rs 69 lakhs.
2. Shri Guru Ram Rai Institute of Medical and Health Science, Dehradun, Uttarakhand. The total fees here is approximately Rs 50 lakhs.
3. HIHT University, Dehradun, Uttarakhand. The total fees here is approximately Rs 45 Lakhs.

Hello,
You are eligible for NEET state counseling for the state for which you can produce the Domicile certificate.
Now evry state has different Domicile criteria. Here i have listed below the Domicile criteria of UP and Uttarakhand -
• Domicile criteria of Uttarakhand -
Aspirants are required to meet any one of the following criteria to avail of the 85% state quota in Uttarakhand MBBS admission :
- They must be permanent residents of Uttarakhand and must have passed Classes 10th and 12th from a recognized Educational Institution in Uttarakhand.
- Candidates may not be permanent residents of Uttarakhand but must have passed Classes 10th and 12th from a recognized Educational Institution in Uttarakhand. These candidates, however, shall not be entitled to any type of reservation.
- Aspirants who are permanent residents/ domicile holders of Uttarakhand but have passed Classes 10th and 12th from a recognized Educational Institution outside of the state of Uttarakhand shall also be eligible for the state quota.
• Domicile Criteria of Uttar Pradesh -
Candidates are required to fulfil any of the following criteria to be eligible for the state quota in UP NEET admission :
- The candidate is a native of the state and their father is a Resident of the state of UP.
- Candidates whose parent/s have lived in the state of UP for a minimum of 3 years.
- Candidates whose parent/s are working with the Govt. of India.
- Candidates who have passed X and XII from the state of UP, are not required to furnish domicile certificate.
- If the candidates have passed either X or XII from the state of UP, they would be required to furnish UP residence proof of their parent/s.
IF you can produce Domicile criteria of both States then it is upto you, which particular state you chose for NEET counseling.
---- Also you can participate in state counseling of open states such as Karnataka but you would be eligible only for Private Medical Colleges.

Hello aspirant,
The recent year cutoff for BAMS course in Patanjali ayurved College was around 427 marks for general category. So on the basis of it , it seems difficult for you to get seat in the respective institute.
Also remember that cutoffs changes every year due to various factors such as number of students attempted exam and number of students participated in counselling, difficulty level of exam, reservations and more. For more college options at your score you can use our NEET UG college predictor tool too:

Hi
Making prediction is difficult as cutoff depends upon various factors like :-
-----------) number of students/ candidates that appeared in the jee main exam,
-----------) number of available seats,
-----------) performance of different students in the examination,
-----------) the branch you want,
-----------) the category you belong etc.
-----------) your rank in jee main
With 71000 obc rank,
You have extremely low chance in any NITs .
For example,
When we go through previous year trend then ,
--------------) Under your homestate
Under Uttarakhand home state quota, In the 6th round of josaa counselling 2020 , the closing rank/last rank for obc category gender neutral in NIT uttarakhand was 21902 obc rank .
---------------) Under other state
Under other state quota , closing rank for some of the nits for which closing rank goes low are listed below along with their closing rank in the 6th round of josaa counselling 2020 :-
Nit nagaland ,Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering (4 Years, Bachelor of Technology) :- 15340 obc rank
National Institute of Technology AgartalaProduction Engineering (4 Years, Bachelor of Technology :- 15659 obc rank
National Institute of Technology, Surat:-Chemistry (5 Years, Integrated Master of Science):-16453 obc rank
You can verify the above at
https://josaa.nic.in/Result/Result/currentorcr.aspx
But yes,
Some of the government engineering colleges in which you hold a chance on the basis of past year closing rank are listed below along with the link for their previous year cutoff :-
-------) IK Gujral Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar:- https://dqxeclau.top/university/ik-gujral-punjab-technical-university-jalandhar/cut-off
-------) Indira Gandhi Engineering College, Sagar :- https://dqxeclau.top/colleges/indira-gandhi-engineering-college-sagar/cut-off
------) Jiwaji University, Gwalior:- https://dqxeclau.top/university/jiwaji-university-gwalior/cut-off
This prediction of colleges is based of past year data but cut off or closing rank changes every year depending upon many factors like the number of students that give the examination, difficulty level of the JEE main for different shifts etc so
To have a personalised report on your chances of getting a college you can go through our college predictor, it will give you complete list of colleges which you can get on the basis of the category you belong to, your home state, your gender etc, the link for jee main college predictor is provided below

Hello Aspirant,
Earlier as per protocols of PCI, Open school-qualified learners are not competent for receiving admission in Pharmacy courses.
Now suitability norm is an aspirant who has qualified 12th class or equivalent supervised by central or state govt. from acknowledged institutions with English as a mandatory subject with PCB or PCM.
Your board is identified by the state govt. Hence, you are suitable for the above-mentioned course.
I hope it helps. Thank you.
