Can I get admission in UP private college under state quota for MBBS now also under 418 Marks though I am from uttarakhand general category ???

Anurag Khanna 17th Nov, 2020

Hello Aspirant,

As you belongs to state other than UP so you can get only management quota seats in UP. So on such marks and category you have good chances of getting management quota seat in some medical colleges in UP under state quota according to previous year's cut-off. As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that you can get following colleges :-

  • Rohilkhand Medical College & Hospital, Bareilly
  • Rama Medical College Hospital, & Research Centre, Kanpur
  • Saraswati Institute of Medical Sciences, Hapur

And some more. You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the link given below :-

https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-up

Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.

To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your marks, category, and state you can use NEET College Predictor:-

I hope this information helps you.

397 MARKS IN NEET 2020 CAN I GET GOVT BAMS CLG IN UTTARAKHAND OR ANY STATE ESW RAJ

Gbharath Raj 17th Nov, 2020

Hello applicant,

*As you have mentioned that your NEET  score is 397 marks which indeed is a good score. You  have also mentioned your category that is EWS so you have fair amount of chance to get the seat in BAMs  . Nevertheless, if you have been  falled under general category, then your chances to get BAMS would have  almost negligible.   You have some decent chances to get a government medical college for BAMS under 85% state quota seats...

*But it would be very difficult to predict the colleges, that you may get but you attend the counselling you will surely get a seat because you are from  reserved category.

Wish you all the best!!!
Hope this helpful

priyaankasarkar Student Expert 17th Nov, 2020

18th of November is the last date for reporting to the allotted college for Uttarakhand MBBS/BDS seats after Round 1 of Counselling. And until this date is over, we might not know the exact cut offs because not every Candidate who has been allotted a seat would join the College. Few might want an upgrade. So it is too early to speak. But please check 2019 NEET Uttarakhand's allotted list after Round 1 for an idea. https://static.careers360.mobi/media/uploads/froala_editor/files/Uttarakhand-MERIT_LIST_1ST_ROUND_FINAL.pdf . Having said that, this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. my daughter scored 531 marks in neet UG 2020, can any chances of getting MBBS Seat in Uttarakhand State govt. quota. i have domicile of uttarakhand.

ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 30th Oct, 2020

Hi

You have not mentioned the category you belong to, so I am  assuming  you from general category

It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get  seat or not as  cut off marks/rank for medical colleges keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like  number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.

But when we go through previous data then it suggests that with 531 marks  you hold  a chance to get a seat in a Government Medical College

For example,
in neet 2019, 480 marks for general category was the cut off marks to get a seat in Government Medical College under Uttrakhand State quota and it was for GOVERNMENT DOON MEDICAL COLLEGE, DEHRADUN

You also have chances in following Government Medical College under  State quota:-

*GOVERNMENT MEDICAL COLLEGE, HALDWANI

Above prediction is on the basis of past year data but  cutoff keeps changing depending upon many factors as mentioned earlier, so to have a better picture of the college in which you have chances and
to get the complete list of colleges in which you have chances, you can go through our college predictor at
