I would recommend taking an entrance exam such as the CAT or another good college entrance exam where experience is not a criteria. You can apply to the colleges via CAT score without having work-experience. As a master's degree, it must be completed in a good college with good faculty, academic records, and placement records, among other things. If a college does not require an entrance exam or has no competition for admission, it indicates that the college is only interested in providing a degree and not in providing good placements and knowledge.

So believe in yourself and take your decision, What will work for you? Just a degree or a knowlege from good college with degree with good placement.

If you talk about comparing the medical facilities of cities such as Indore and Varanasi, Indore has much better medical facilities as compared to Vanarasi based on its number of hospitals per person and availability of doctors.

Other factors which stand out for Indore are- good hospitality, cleanliness, health awareness, and public responsibility for health care practices.

There are various universities such as IMT Centre for distance learning which offers PG Diploma in finance management for a duration of one year, course fee is Rs 60000, Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning offers this course at Rs 37000, Amity University through distance learning offers this course at Rs 37500 , Annamalai University offers MBA in finance management at Rs 26500, there is no such compulsory aggregate required here, and if you belong to reserved category you can also pursue PGDFM by appearing in OPENMAT.
