AIPVT 2020 admission process will be organized by the Veterinary Council of India (VCI). AIPVT examination was replaced by the NEET examination from 2017. Now, it is conducted to offer admission into B.V. ... The admission in veterinary courses will be given to the candidates on the basis of NEET 2020 merit list. There are 15% seats in UG course in Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry .Minimum marks in NEET to get into a Veterinary College are 350+ for General category. However you have not specified the state you belong as it varies state to state. In general it ranges between 300–450. If you are applying for an all India quota (15%) then it may increase upto 400 for General category student.

The average salary of a veterinary doctor in India is about 5 Lac per annum. This is about 50-60,000 in the government jobs, however, there are a few tests to get a government job after your course.
In the private sector the salaries are in the range of 20-30,000 for a fresher.

There are two types of exams 1)National level entrance exam conducted by Veterinary Council of India and 2)State level entrance exams conducted by different state agriculture and veterinary Universities.
You can take both the exams and once you clear them, you will get admission into any institute.

To become a vaternary doctor you are required to complete the graduation course in vaternary science that is Bachelor of Veterinary Science B.V.Sc. which is a five years course. Admission to this course are taken on the basis of entrance test. the entrance exam at National level is NEET and at State level depends on the State the student belongs to.
After completing this course you can work as vaternary doctor.

For studying B.V.Sc, you need to write NEET exam. NTA will release NEET applications from December 2nd. The official website will be released and activated tomorrow. You need to visit the websiite at ntaneet.nic.in and register using Email Id and mobile no#. The counselling will be conducted by AIPVT.

Veterinary 15% quota seats admission is through AIPVT Counseling on the basis of NEET UG score and remaining seats admission is through state entrance exam, It can varies state to state.
