How many rank want to get veterinary set

shobhitchaudhary3934 19th Aug, 2025

Hi Student,

Thank you for reaching out!

The Symbiosis Entrance Test (SET) conducted by Symbiosis International University does not offer admission to veterinary courses like B.V.Sc (Bachelor of Veterinary Science) or related programs.
SET is primarily for undergraduate courses such as BBA, BCA, BA, B.Sc., and B.Tech.
Veterinary Science admissions in India are typically through NEET-UG, managed by the National Testing Agency (NTA), or state-specific exams like AP EAMCET or TS EAMCET.

sir i got 196 in kcet practical exam and i got 90 in kcet exam ,can i get veterinary seat in karnataka

harsh singh 13th May, 2025

With a KCET score of 90 and 196 in the practical exam, your total score is around 328.4/400. Based on previous years' cutoffs, you have a good chance of getting a veterinary seat in Karnataka, especially in colleges like Shimoga and Bidar. However, the final seat allocation depends on counseling, seat availability, and category-wise reservations.

I got 30000 rank in TS eamcet can I get seat in veterinary college my caste is sc

Akansha Sharma 12th May, 2025

With a TS EAMCET rank of 30,000 and belonging to the SC category, getting a seat in a veterinary college in Telangana is unlikely. In 2024, the closing rank for SC candidates in veterinary courses was much higher. Since your rank is significantly higher than this, getting admission through TS EAMCET might not be possible. However, you can explore other options like NEET-based admissions, private veterinary colleges, or related courses in animal sciences. Keep an eye on the counselling process for any changes.

hi sir i have got 124 in pcb in kcet and 296 in boards 2025 can i get a veterinary seat

Rohan 12th May, 2025
  • Your KCET score of 124 and board score of 296 might be lower than the competitive cutoff range for veterinary courses in Karnataka.

  • Cutoffs vary by college and category, but typical general merit ranks for veterinary courses range between 1400 and 3500.

  • Your chances may improve with reserved category preferences, so you should participate in the counselling process.

For more details, refer to the official KCET site: KCET 2025 .

which college should i prefer with 21716rank in eapcet in sc category. Can I have eligibility to join in bsc.veterinary science

Rubina Naseer 11th May, 2025

It is slightly difficult With a rank of 21,716 in the SC category in AP EAPCET, getting admission to B.V.Sc. (Veterinary Science), as the closing ranks are usually much lower.

But you can go through alternative such as:

B.Sc. in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related fields.

B.Sc. in Biotechnology, Microbiology, or Zoology.

Diploma in Animal Husbandry or Veterinary Science.

For these, closing marks are higher...

All the best!!

which college should i prefer with 21716rank in eapcet in sc category. Can I have eligibility to join in bsc.veterinary science

Abhilasha Agrawal 11th Aug, 2025

With an SC rank of 21,716 in EAPCET, you cannot get B.Sc. Veterinary Science in Andhra Pradesh, as veterinary admissions now require NEET UG qualification.

Your EAPCET rank can still help in other courses like B.Sc. Agriculture, Horticulture, or Fisheries.

If you aim for veterinary, you must appear for NEET UG.

Poludasari Akhila 21st Jul, 2025

You got cut off 189 marks in TNUVAS or veterinary counselling and want free government seat, you ask about possibility under state quota and fees.

1, Veterinary admission seat require NEET UG score or state entrance like EAMCET veterinary stream, not just board marks

2, If you have 189 cut off from agricultural or veterinary exam then you need to check TNUVAS counselling list and seat matrix

3, Government veterinary colleges have fee concession or full free seat only for reserved category or EWS students

4, General category students may not get free seat unless rank very high and seat vacant

5, You can apply in counselling when it starts fill choice for Tanuvas and veterinary under free or concession fee group

6, After seat allotment if you get government college then you get low fee around ten thousand per year otherwise private seat fee much higher
