According to your question and taking into consideration that you want to know about what college is better mvgr or vignan vizag for cse.

I would like to inform you in these two colleges i am only taking into consideration the placements aspect. So, i think mvgr would be a better option for cse as it's placements stats are good and there are numerous number of opportunities in this college.

Anil Neerukonda Institute of Technology and Sciences, was established in the Academic Year 2001–02 with the approval of the All India Council for Technology Education, New Delhi and the Government of Andhra Pradesh and is affiliated to Andhra University, Visakhapatnam.

Vignan's Institute Of Information Technology is one of the engineering institutions run by the Vignan group of Guntur. It was established in 2002 to offer undergraduate courses in Engineering and Technology. It is situated in Visakhapatnam, India.

Infrastructure wise vignan Vizag is better than ANITs. Vignan placement record is better than ANITs  and the fee structure is concerned ANITs fee is less than Vignan  engineering college.

Every branch has its own specilaity.one cant compare them.you needto join which you are interested in or what sparks you.If you dont know what the branches teach you in 4 years first know about them and then you can take the branch which you feel you are interested in.for example It covers 80% of same syllabus as cse.cse deals with programming,algorithms,data structures which help you build websites,apps,operting systems,computer networks and MUCH MORE.ece now this deals with electrical components to design devices,integrated circuits thier systems,etc so get to know about the branches in detail and join the branch which you like.

Both of the colleges have good infrastructure and provide good facility and teaching quality for the students.

Pragati Engineering College is an autonomous private college which was established in 2001. The college is NAAC accredited with grade "A". Electronics and Communication Engineering is recognized by All India Council for Technical Education and offered by the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada.  The total number of seats in ECE is 300 and the fee of the course is around 3 Lakhs. The placement record is also good. The average package offered for the ECE graduates is around 3.5 LPA.

On the other hand, Vignan's Institute of Information Technology is NAAC A+ accredited and AICTE approved. the infrastructure and teaching facility is also good. The total number of seats in ECE is 210. The average package offered for ECE graduates is around 3 -3.5 LPA. So, both the colleges are good and it depends upon your choice of interest.

The College provides facilities like Boys Hostel, Girls Hostel,Gym, Cafeteria, Library, Hospital/Medical, WiFi campus. Total number of placements for 2020 batch are 753 out of which 234 was for the CSE department.

GMR Institute of Technology, Rajam It was established in year 1997. It was accredited in year NAAC Score with Grade A. The College provides Boys Hostel, Girls Hostel,Gym, Cafeteria, Library, Hospital/Medical, WiFi campus. As far as placements are concern the college. Placement is decent.

From the above comparison ANITS is better than GMR.

Raghu Institute of Technology It was established in 2007.with decent placement record. Vishnu Institute of Technology, established in 2008, is a technical college in Vishnupur, Andhra Pradesh. every year 80% of students are being placed.

vignans foundation fee for 4 years is 8.2 lakhs

Infrastructure is quite good with modernise facilities and faculty.

For Gate you have to study on your own .
