hi,
as per ugc rules students are eligible to pursue one full time degree course with one distance education course. however you can not pursue two full time course simultaneously. due to covid 19 many of the colleges and university are conducting classes on online mode, but the rules remains same. so you have to try for next year for b.ed course.
There are 3 Categories in Private Medical Colleges. Category A is the Government Quota Seats. And only candidates of the home State are eligible to apply for these seats. B Category seats are also called Management Quota Seats and they are filled through State Counselling and the remaining seats are filled through direct Admissions by contacting the College directly provided the Candidate has registered for the respective State Counselling and has not been able to secure a seat in the Counselling. Here the fees is usually nothing less than 40 lakhs. The last Category is NRI seats Category and you cannot apply for that. So NRI quota seats and Management Quota seats are set separately. There is also NRI Quota for Deemed Universities.

Dear Aspirant,
We do understand the tough situation your are going through and are in.And as far as your uncle's income certificate is concerned he now holds the rights of your guardian and if your uncle's income is more than the eligible amount mentioned in the criteria you are not applicable for EWS.I am sorry but this is the harsh truth and that's all I can say.But still if you are to give it a shot you can talk with your state government authorities and email them if possible or even contact the college you want to get admission into.If you make the admission staff realize the trouble you are facing they would surely have some way for you.My best wishes with you till then.Your marks are good and you have a bright future ahead of you.Good luck.
