Yes definitely you can get better colleges like Purulia government engineering college  Techno India Salt Lake, government colleges of engineering and Technology. 

However chances good for above college in IT, Production, Civil, Chemical streams.

GMR RANK SHOULD BE ENTERED.

Yes you should expect a govt. college but yes you won't get JU but you can easily get the rest , starting from kalyani and ending at coochbehar govt. college.

In the wbjee college predictor of career 360,while entering the rank for a obc b student,you have to enter your category rank which you have scored.Accordingly it will give you the list of colleges and branches,you can get.

if you want to know upon WBJEE then there's no option for IT under TFW scheme; you'll have to opt for CSE if you wish that field. Here's the list of colleges with TFW for CSE under WBJEE you can go through it:-

All top colleges accept OBC ranking. There is a separate list for general,OBC,ST,SC etc. in the colleges.
