No, you will only be included in 85% quota in Delhi and will not be included as in SC category, vice versa you will be considered as SC in West Bengal and your 85% quota will not be valid in West Bengal.
Hope it helps.
Thanks.

With reference to your above mentioned query, I would like to tell you that with the above NEET score, Your Overall Percentile is: 94.01 - 94.51 and Your Predicted Rank is: 88604 - 105754. So, with this score the chances for you to get into government medical colleges is quite difficult. You can get Private colleges with state quota.
Further, the cutoff changes every year and is different for different category studnets for different colleges. It depends on variety of factors like : Number of aspirant appearing the examination, Previous year cutoff trends, difficulty level of the paper etc.
However, you can check the NEET cutoff article by following the below link :

See if you have been allotted a seat in NEET UG AIQ counselling and you do not join it and take an exit then you will be eligible for further rounds of state quota counselling of West Bengal. But note that once you join the allotted seat in any of the counselling either that is of All India or it is of state quota, then you will become ineligible for all further rounds of all NEET UG counselling.
So if you want to appear for further rounds of counselling of then you should not join the allotted seat so that you can take part in another counselling.
