You're only eligible for the exam when you'll pass the 10+2 exam or equivalent exam with a minimum aggregate marks of 50% if the candidate belongs to General/OBC/UPS/EWS category. And for the candidates of SC/ST/PWD/Transgender this goes upto only 40%.
Talking about the cut offs then fir a general candidate you must have to score in between the cut off score range of 350-300.

Himachal Pradesh- 2 years
West Bengal- 1 lakh upon resignation
Jharkhand- 3 years
Chattisgarh- 2 years

There are three proforma's which you need to download from the website of West Bengal Medical Council and by filling it you have to sumit the documents to the District Magistrate/SDO office and you will get the certificate within some time.
You need not have to fill all proforma's but have to fill the one, which is applicable to your case. The criteria for the different proforma's are provided below:

Dear Applicant admission into B.Sc Nursing courses even for Male Candidates is governed by JENPAS UG Examination. Now as per the information Bulletin till date you can fill your form till 18th January 2022, 6 PM. You can tentatively expect the Exam to happen in the month of May, now this information is provided in the Website of West Bengal Government, and till today there is no such extension notice. Yes they can extend the date in future, but to avoid inconvenience it is better to fill the form as early as possible without inviting further issues.
