Hello
Hope you are doing good. The government of West Bengal started to provide course for the male candidates for the post of nurse. The min criteria for the students is that they need to be passed in 10+2 exam from recognized board and sit for the entrance exam called JENPAS-UG. If you clear the exam you can surely book a seat for male nursing in west bengal.
Good luck,

Dear applicant as you know the rank secured by you, 249907 is not that satisfactory to ensure your admission in any college. However if you follow the past few years cut-off trends you can moderate chances of getting admission into private colleges. But chances of getting Deemed Medical College is also not that strong, you can wait till the completion of all the Counselling rounds for better understanding of the seat matrix. The previous year cut-off for All India Quota seats, for admission into the BVSc course, for the general category was 544 marks, corresponding to rank 52798.
In West Bengal, the cut off for the general category was 539 marks. Hence, even though the cut off varies every year, you have extremely low chances of getting into any government veterinary college through both 15% All India Quota and even 85% state quota.
The cut off for private veterinary colleges was around 87,000 last year for general category. So, you may want to apply in private colleges.
