The time of bone period is for 3 years.In any Government MBBS college of West Bengal. You have to sign a bond of 30 lakh before admission in any government medical college in West Bengal. It simply means that if you want to leave his/her course before in between the semester or college period . You have to pay the Bond money to get leave from the college as a penalty.

The instructions for caste certificate states that the certificate must be issued by an authority of the state of West Bengal. As you have mention , DISTRICT WELFARE OFFICER, KOLKATA and Ex-OFFICIO JOINT DIRECTOR , BACKWARD CLASSES WELFARE , is absolutely fine.

As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that last year the closing cut-off marks was 591 for Bankura Sammilani Medical College, Bankura under state quota for General category. So if you are targeting for NEET 2021 then your score should not be less than 600 out of 720 marks especially for Bankura Sammilani Medical College, Bankura, provided that the cut-off gets increased and if the cut-offs get get decreased then you might get it at 570-580 marks.
