see as per the wbjee 2021 Information bulletin, the seat allotment will be based on general merit rank or GMR rank only, category rank is generated as per students details provided during the application procedure. to know in details follow the official brochure:

Its Quite difficult to get seat in good government college as you have secured 33773 rank for general Category. If you had belong to any reservation category, you might have some chance. But still don't worry there are some private and autonomous you can apply for admission through you rank.
Some of the colleges are.
This are some colleges you can opt for during counseling. Engineering stream selection depends on you interest. We Still suggest you go with ECE, EEE departments of engineering as CSE has huge demand and seats will get filled fast. But still it all depends upon you, So choose wisely as you have to spend 4 years for engineering.
