You will need Proforma A1 as Domicile Certificate for Candidates residing in the State of West Bengal continuously for atleast 10 years. This is given by any Government Authority. They might be:

however as per previous years closing score you have decent chances in b.pharma course in ju in sc category quota.

see cutoff score changes every year and it depends on certain factors like number of applicant, questions difficulty level, seat matrix. you did not mention how many year of gap you have, but if you have more than 2 years gap in academic , starting from 10th to upto graduation it would have problem during the placement time. also since you have below of 70% in 12th you are not eligible to appear in some of the companies recruitment process. however for this year wbjee or jee main score you have less chances in any tier 1 institute. so prepare hard and think before taking any more gap. times changes rapidly and you never know what is waiting in future. if possible also try to apply for other state colleges or other entrance test.
