You  have not mentioned your general rank as all the allotments are done on the basis of general rank and not on the basis of TFW rank. I think your general rank will be much higher. So you can get a seat without TFW in the medium ranked private college like BP Poddar easily. The chances of getting a seat with TFW is only in the lower ranked private colleges and also in the medium ranked colleges. You have some chance of getting a seat in the top ranked private colleges but without TFW. So do try accordingly.

If you take admission on the basis of your General Merit Rank then also you can apply for Tution Fee Waiver (TFW) scheme, but condition is that you should have proper income proof certifying that you are eligible for TFW scheme.

If you are not fulfiling the criteria of TFW scheme then you will not be eligible for that and you will not get any benefit.

WBJEE was conducted on February 2 this year and now the result has been announced. You have obtained 28450 rank and don't have West Bengal home state quota. Based on this rank you would not get top government colleges under WBJEE unless you belong to reserved categories.

Proforma A1 and A2 both are needed in the domicile certificate for taking admission through WBJEE according to which parents must be reciding at least 10 years in west bengal otherwise you can submit other Proforma (b) where whose parents are permanently residing in west bengal
