well you can apply in webjee but there is a condition that on your marksheet chemestry failure is not mentioned as well as you have to work very hard to be appear in webjee

In WBJEE, there is no limit to the number of attempts and there is no upper limit too. You just have to be 17 years of age on December 31, 2018.

Started in 1984, Pondicherry Engineering College is an esteemed college that is funded entirely by the government of Puducherry. It started as a part of the VIIth five-year plan but has been continued to be promoted by the government. The college is one of the most reputed colleges in Puducherry with its affiliation to Pondicherry University. Ratings-wise, the PEC Puducherry lets the numbers do the talking. The college has been ranked 144 in the NIRF rankings 2021 when it comes to the engineering category. PEC offers a lot of engineering and professional courses for interested candidates. It is essentially a public college and is approved by the AICTE (All India Council of Technical Education).

Location

The college is fairly located in a busy spot in the city. It is about 10.4 km away from its nearest bus stand and Puducherry airport 10.8 kms away. The nearest railway station is 11 kms away. First of all, WBJEE admission is totally based on GMR/PMR only and not on Category ranks . category ranks are just for storing information of candidates .

Well, as  per last year WBJEE cut off details after 3rd round of counselling , you have less chances to get B.Pharm in NSHM college campus , Kolkata

Last year cut off in this college was - 11096

But , this cut off can change every year for some unavoidable reasons like:
