Now as we know that Government colleges are generally top level colleges and hence the cutoffs in this particular colleges are also high but as you already know the rank of yours, you can just simply compare it with the cutoffs and get an idea where you have better chance of securing admission and one thing is main keep more college options and do not depend on only one single college.

It is quite difficult to make any accurate prediction of your admission chances for any particular college or branch because the cut-offs keep on changing every year depending upon various factors such as :-
*** number of candidates appeared in WBJEE 2022
*** difficulty level of the paper
*** top score for WBJEE 2022
*** total number of seats available for admission and so on
However on the basis of previous year's cut-off you have very less chances for any of the aforesaid branch in Jalpaiguri Government Engineering College, Jalpaiguri even after considering your SC reservation quota because the rank closes around 11000-13000 for SC quota in 2021.
