For Jadavpur University  for computer science your  general rank should be at least around 200 general rank being from obc-b category otherwise your chances for the same are low.

For example,

In 2020 , in 3rd round of wbjee, 202 general rank for obc-b category  was the closing rank for  Jadavpur University for computer science engineering.
